The Pedal Hopper operates rain or shine. If it’s safe to operate we will plan on taking your group out. Keep in mind that the Pedal Hopper has a roof in case there’s a little bit of rain or snow. You will be notified by your Pilot or Management Team at least two hours before the scheduled departure if it’s unsafe to be on the roads, we won’t want to go out in anything to crazy… Canceled tours will receive a refund or a raincheck. The weather in Denver can be unpredictable, so it’s always a good idea to plan ahead and keep an eye on the forecast but we can’t cancel any rides until the day of departure. Please note that once a tour starts, there are no cancellations or partial refunds available.
We often have tours scheduled back to back, so keeping on schedule is important. You will be charged a late fee if you do not return the Pedal Hopper to the start/end location on time.
